• Location: In-person, multiple MOM’s locations within an hour commute
• Pay: $24 hourly
• Mission: To successfully complete the management training program and develop into a department or assistant general manager, poised to lead store operations and contribute to MOM’s growth.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Grow leadership capabilities through a structured Individual Development Plan, supported by consistent feedback and coaching.
• Master: Attain proficiency in essential operational tasks, including inventory ordering and staff schedule writing.
• Diversify: Gain broad operational experience by working across multiple store locations, encountering varied sales volumes and management approaches.
• Influence: Positively shape the store environment, elevate the customer experience, and contribute to the company’s future direction.

• Background: Entry-level management development. MOM’s values attitude and work ethic over formal schooling or prior industry experience, focusing on inherent potential and a track record of success.
• Experience: Demonstrated track record of success in any previous role, showcasing an ability to achieve results and contribute positively to an organization.
