The Tone:
This is a full-time hybrid role at Accenture, located in Spain, with alignment to either the Barcelona or Madrid office. The TL;DR

• Team: Talent & Organization Center of Excellence (Talent CoE) in Spain
• Mission: Help organizations prepare for change, engage stakeholders, build capabilities, and accelerate adoption through effective change management, communications, learning, and business readiness strategies.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Microsoft 365 tools, Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Change Activities: Support the delivery of change management activities across various transformation projects.
• Analyze Change Impact: Contribute to stakeholder analyses and impact assessments to identify how changes affect employees and business teams.
• Develop Communications: Create communication materials and assist in the preparation and execution of communication and engagement plans.
• Design Learning Programs: Support the design and development of training materials, learning journeys, and enablement resources.
• Monitor Adoption: Contribute to business readiness and adoption tracking activities, including the analysis of communication, training, and adoption metrics.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, Learning & Development, HR, Project Management, or Consulting.
• Skills: Fluent French and English (written and spoken), strong written and verbal communication abilities, capacity to create professional presentations and materials, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Bonus: Spanish or any other language, Power BI experience, exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT, analytical skills for measuring adoption and business readiness, and a strong interest in organizational change, digital transformation, AI-enabled solutions, and workplace innovation.
