What You’ll Actually Do
• Department Immersion: Rotate through various departments to understand business operations from a leadership perspective.
• Customer Engagement: Promote products and services through outside sales activities and build strong customer relationships.
• Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to support informed business decision-making.
• Project Collaboration: Work with key leaders on projects focusing on sales management and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must have, or will obtain within six months, a Bachelor’s degree. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Must be at least 21 years of age, possess an active driver’s license, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide previous employment documentation for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Skills: Strong leadership abilities, analytical skills, customer relationship building, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administration; a business or related academic major; a leadership/management role on campus or in extracurricular activities; and a willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
