The Must-Haves
• Background: 3+ years of direct lending or credit support experience, specifically focused on business relationships, coupled with an understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Experience: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage priorities and meet deadlines under pressure, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build credibility with business and control partners.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree with formal credit training, sales management and business development skills, proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships, creative problem-solving abilities, the flexibility to multitask in changing business environments, excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self-direction, and proactivity.
