This role is crucial for performing essential accounting assignments accurately and in a timely manner, contributing to the efficient financial operations of the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Ensure accuracy of financial documents by reviewing and matching packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Prepare vouchers meticulously for payment processing.
• Input voucher data accurately into the accounting system for timely payments.
• Organize and file all vouchers and supporting documents systematically for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and obtain missing documentation through communication with vendors and internal departments.

• Background: Entry-Level. Foundational knowledge of accounting principles along with mathematical skills.
• Skills:
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in keyboarding and general computer skills
• Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Willingness and ability to work in a team environment, coupled with self-motivation and self-supervision
