Wealth Analyst Program | Citi
The Tone:
This is a full-time Analyst program at Citi, located in New York, NY. Citi is a leading global financial services organization with a unified wealth platform, Citi Global Wealth, that serves a diverse client base ranging from ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices through Citi Private Bank, to affluent and high-net worth segments via Citigold® and Citigold Private Client, and even wealth management in the workplace through Global Wealth at Work. Citi is committed to helping new talent transition from the classroom to the professional environment, providing programs that equip individuals with the knowledge and training necessary for a long-term career and internal mobility within the organization. This role is integral to developing future financial professionals who will manage and enhance client experiences by navigating complex wealth challenges, identifying global opportunities, and diligently managing risk for some of the world’s most influential individuals and their families.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Immersion: Begin with an in-depth training program as part of the two-year Rotational Analyst Program, leading to placement within a Citi Wealth team based on interests and business needs.
• Wealth Sector Exposure: Gain comprehensive exposure to diverse areas within Wealth, including Banking, Investments, Lending, Wealth Planning, the Chief Operating Office, and the Chief Investment Office.
• Client Solution Partnership: Collaborate with private bankers, investment professionals, and other product specialists to develop and deliver robust, tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Analytical Contributions: Directly contribute to the creation of analytics and proposals, aiming to enhance the overall client experience and drive business priorities.
• Professional Development: Actively build a strong professional network across all areas of Citi Wealth while continuously exploring new opportunities and contributing to strategic business goals.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent or upcoming graduate with knowledge transferable from academic studies to a professional wealth management environment, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: An entry-level candidate who will not require U.S. work authorization sponsorship now or at any point in the future.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, effective client solution development capabilities, high personal integrity, a deep commitment to excellence, and a strong desire to continuously learn.
• Bonus: A preferred GPA of 3.4 or higher; candidates who are highly motivated, possess an understanding of the value of a comprehensive and global enterprise, and demonstrate resiliency in a challenging, high-volume environment.
