Founders Associate | Roger Healthcare
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Roger Healthcare, located in San Francisco, CA. Roger builds an AI platform designed to free home health clinicians from administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on delivering life-changing care to elderly patients in their homes. This role is a unique opportunity to learn how a high-growth company operates from the inside, working directly with the founders on the most critical business needs. What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Support: Work directly with the founders on their highest-priority projects on a daily and weekly basis.
• Cross-functional Ownership: Own discrete projects across sales, customer success, product, engineering, and hiring from start to finish.
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct the research, analysis, and preparation required for major decisions, including board materials, hiring plans, and go-to-market strategies.
• Task Execution: Take on urgent, undefined tasks with no clear owner, ensuring completion without requiring constant oversight.
• Operational Management: Handle operational and administrative tasks necessary to keep the company running smoothly.
• Coordination & Follow-up: Manage follow-ups and coordination to prevent issues from falling through the cracks, flagging potential problems proactively.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-career individual with high ambition and a genuine grinder’s work ethic, treating company problems as their own.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup, VC firm, or another similarly high-intensity professional environment.
