This Leadership Development Associate position is designed for ambitious, high-potential recent graduates and professionals with up to three years of experience, offering a clear and comprehensive pathway from individual contributor to a leadership and management role within the organization.

• Mission: This person will first gain hands-on experience and master SRI’s proven recruiting and business development processes, developing credibility through results to build a track record of success, ultimately advancing into team leadership and management roles.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Foundations: Undergo comprehensive training and mentorship to develop expertise in executive recruiting, talent acquisition, and client relationship management.
• Client Development: Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, generating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts across various industries.
• Talent Sourcing: Identify and recruit top talent for client organizations, conducting thorough candidate interviews and evaluations to deliver effective talent solutions.
• Sales & Negotiation: Learn and apply consultative sales techniques, negotiation, and influence to support client hiring initiatives and achieve performance goals.
• Professional Networking: Develop professional networking skills and gain exposure to executives and decision-makers across multiple industries.
• Leadership Progression: Upon consistent success, begin mentoring new team members, leading projects, assisting with recruiting strategy, and preparing for future leadership opportunities with direct coaching from company leadership.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role, with core domain knowledge to be developed within executive recruiting and business development.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of professional experience. Prior internship, leadership, sales, athletics, customer service, or campus leadership experience is considered a significant plus.
• Skills: Must be motivated to become a leader, competitive, goal-oriented, a strong communicator, highly coachable, self-motivated, accountable, resilient, persistent, and comfortable building professional relationships and networking.
• Bonus: A clear desire to pursue future leadership and management responsibilities, coupled with a drive for personal and professional growth and an interest in performance-based compensation.
