• Pay: $28.45 hourly
• Team: Part of the Rooms Division, reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms
• Mission: To learn and develop functional management skills to support the Spa/Rooms Division operations and advance to an Assistant Manager position.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist Operations: Assist the Spa/Rooms Division leadership team with daily operations.
• Develop Skills: Learn and develop functional management skills across various hotel situations and environments.
• Rotate Departments: Gain experience through hotel-wide departmental rotations and specific home department placements.
• Drive Performance: Work towards a promotion to an Assistant Manager role, based on demonstrated ability and performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-in-training level. College education, with a hotel or business administration degree preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in dealing with employee and guest situations in a positive and effective manner.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills, reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language, excellent human relations skills.
• Bonus: Maui Liquor Card
