2027 Truist Analyst Program – Technology, Data, and Operations Track | Truist

The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational program at Truist, located in Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA. Truist is a banking organization with a purpose to inspire and build better lives and communities through real care, meeting client needs, empowering teammates, and serving communities. This immersive program offers real work experience combined with customized curriculum and candid conversations with top leaders, designed to fast-track participants to make a real impact within the Technology, Data, and Operations division. You will build mission-critical skills and a professional network.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training Completion: Complete all prescribed and recommended training programs to satisfactorily transition into an appropriate center assignment.
• Project Participation: Engage in business rotations, working on projects and business-as-usual activities that allow for the practical application of concepts and behaviors.
• Special Assignments: Perform special projects or assignments outside of the formalized training program as may be assigned.
• Skill Development: Deepen your financial services acumen and build mission-critical skills through a custom curriculum and exposure to various industry topics.
• Innovation Contribution: Work on innovative projects and assignments across areas such as Software Delivery, AI Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Project and Product Management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree required, with a graduation date between May 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership through on-campus and/or community involvement and/or work experience; enthusiasm for a career in financial services.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong initiative and personal accountability; capability in data analysis, storytelling, and project management.
• Bonus: 3.0+ GPA preferred; willingness to travel; ability to relocate for the program and locations throughout the Truist footprint upon program completion.
