The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Groupe DANONE, located in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, embracing a hybrid work model where you will work from the office at least three days per week. You will be joining a global company dedicated to bringing health through food to as many people as possible. This role is positioned at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations, directly contributing to a global transformation effort through the strategic LEAP program. Your work will create a tangible impact by driving efficiency, delivering value, and fostering operational excellence across vital procurement and manufacturing functions worldwide.

• Mission: Support global initiatives to drive spend consolidation, value delivery, and operational and customer excellence across procurement and manufacturing.
• Tech Stack: Advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Dashboards: Create and maintain performance dashboards across regions to monitor key metrics.
• Analyze Data: Identify efficiency opportunities by conducting thorough data analysis.
• Track Performance: Contribute to the tracking and reporting of business cases, measuring value delivery against targets.
• Prepare Communications: Assist in preparing governance materials, including updates for SteerCo meetings and business reporting.
• Enhance Processes: Contribute to the improvement of processes, focusing on contract tracking and overall simplification.
• Support Workshops: Assist in the preparation of workshops for key procurement categories such as Services, Spare parts, and Chemicals.
• Engage in Digital Initiatives: Participate in digital and AI initiatives aimed at simplifying and automating workflows.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student for the entire duration of the internship. This role is suited for individuals looking for an entry-level position that offers significant exposure to business transformation within a global procurement context.
• Experience: You should have demonstrated experience with data analysis and the development or tracking of business cases. The ability to manage projects as a project analyst or internal consultant, even in a supporting capacity, is valued.
• Skills: You are analytical, structured, and data-driven, with a curious and proactive mindset. You are a strong communicator, capable of interacting effectively with multiple stakeholders across various regions. You are comfortable working in a transformation environment and are able to take ownership and work autonomously. Essential technical skills include advanced proficiency in Excel and strong PowerPoint storytelling abilities.
• Bonus: Prior experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a strong plus for this role, as is participation in digital and AI initiatives.
