Hubbell Rotation Program – Sales/Marketing | Hubbell Incorporated

The Tone:
This is an early career rotation program at Hubbell Incorporated, requiring relocation to various Hubbell facilities primarily in the United States. Hubbell creates critical infrastructure solutions that power customers, communities, people, and the planet, focusing on grid modernization and electrification. The company is a leading global manufacturer of high-quality electrical and utility solutions, operating in two segments: Hubbell Utility Solutions and Hubbell Electrical Solutions, supported by corporate and Hubbell Unified Business Solutions teams. This role is crucial for new college graduates, providing accelerated exposure to diverse business functions, particularly in sales and marketing, to foster their development within the company.

The TL;DR
• Role: Early Career
• Location: In-person, requiring relocation to 3 Hubbell facilities primarily in the United States.

• Team: Reports to the Campus Program Manager; receives day-to-day assignments from location management.
• Mission: Provide new college graduates with accelerated exposure to various Sales and Marketing functions across Hubbell’s businesses.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office, e-mail, PC applications, Salesforce.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Management: Oversee agreed upon strategic commercial growth initiatives.
• Marketing Development: Support the organization in the development and implementation of marketing, business development, and public relation plans, potentially in E-commerce, product management, or graphic design.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive sales and financial reports for sales leadership.
• Program Alignment: Collaborate with various marketing teams to align annual and quarterly calendars to drive execution of key strategic programs.
• Process Improvement: Review current marketing program activities to make recommendations for changes and improvement opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, pursuing an early career role in sales and/or marketing.
• Experience: Entry-level professional willing to relocate for the duration of the program, with final placement based on individual interest and company needs.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, e-mail, and other PC applications; experience with Salesforce reporting; demonstrated problem-solving abilities; and an understanding of Profit & Loss Balance Sheets.
• Bonus: Excellent verbal and written communication, a creative ability and drive to collaborate and represent the Hubbell brand, and a strong teamwork orientation.
