What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Acquisition: Support and grow new client accounts directly in the field by building trust, ensuring accuracy in all interactions, and maintaining consistent follow-through on commitments.
• Sales Communication: Develop robust communication skills to articulate clearly, effectively navigate customer objections, and positively influence purchasing decisions during real-time interactions with new customers.
• Team Operations Support: Actively support daily team operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to organizational standards within a rapidly expanding environment.
• Leadership Development: Work directly with high-performing leaders to understand coaching methodologies, model strong professional behaviors, and develop the habits and standards required to eventually oversee your own team.
• Performance Tracking: Understand and apply principles of business operations to track key performance metrics, manage progress towards strategic goals, and contribute to campaigns designed to deliver measurable business results.
