Enterprise Mobility is a global leader in mobility solutions, operating well-known brands like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car, managing a vast fleet and extensive network. • Pay: $55624 yearly
• Mission: Learn all aspects of the business to serve customers and partners, manage operations, cultivate new business, and develop a team to eventually run a branch.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for Enterprise customers and partners at a neighborhood branch, delivering high-quality service.
• Operational Mastery: Master knowledge and skills in various business areas, including sales, marketing, finance, and daily branch operations.
• Business Cultivation: Establish and nurture relationships within the community to build new business opportunities for the branch.
• Team Development: Learn to guide and mentor a team, developing the skills needed to lead and manage staff effectively.
• Branch Leadership: Progress through the program with the goal of eventually running your own branch, overseeing all facets of its success and growth.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree, or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with two semesters remaining until graduation.
• Driving Eligibility: A valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
• Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship from Enterprise now or in the future.
