Winter 2028 Audit Intern (Dallas) | Armanino

The Tone:
This is a temporary internship at Armanino, located in Dallas, TX, with a start date of January 3, 2028. The intern will gain insight into the field while participating in interactive programming alongside professionals.

• Mission: To assist in the performance and documentation of audit procedures, support client needs, and analyze financial data to contribute to audit and other engagements.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit Procedures: Assist in the performance and documentation of audit procedures and preparation of workpapers for various engagements.
• Team Collaboration: Work as an individual contributor and as part of an engagement team to support client requirements.
• Financial Analysis: Interpret and analyze financial data, communicating all findings and issues to the engagement team.
• Industry Research: Research and analyze pertinent client, industry, and technical matters relevant to engagements.
• Client Engagement: Engage with client personnel, as well as the engagement team, to develop further professional relationships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business with an emphasis in accounting.
• Experience: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze financial data, research capabilities, and communication skills for presenting findings.
• Bonus: Plan to complete 150 semester/225 quarter unit requirement for CPA licensure eligibility between December 2028 – August 2029 strongly preferred.
