What You’ll Actually Do
• Expert Recruitment: Recruit new subject-matter experts into Guidepoint’s extensive network, engaging them for client consultations to support informed business decisions.
• Targeted Research: Independently conduct thorough research across various public sources, including LinkedIn, press releases, and company websites, to pinpoint relevant subject-matter experts for client projects.
• Vetting & Screening: Lead cold outreach and phone-based vetting conversations with potential experts, carefully screening them to assess their fit for specific client needs and preparing high-quality profiles for client review.
• Strategic Sourcing: Define precise sourcing strategies tailored to each client request, considering project scope, urgency, and the desired expert profile to ensure optimal matches.
• Project Management: Manage multiple fast-moving client requests simultaneously, effectively balancing competing deadlines while consistently upholding a high standard of execution.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA or higher is required, making this an entry-level opportunity. Applicants must also be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.
• Experience: Candidates should possess previous relevant internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of professional environments.
• Skills: Demonstrated AI fluency and practical experience using AI-enabled tools to support various tasks such as research, organization, prioritization, and written communication. This includes the ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and responsibly, with critical attention to accuracy, confidentiality, data quality, and human judgment. A strong curiosity about emerging technology and a proactive willingness to continuously build skills with new tools that improve productivity and client service are also essential.
