What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Tracking: Support documentation flow for accounts payable and accounts receivable and manage daily cash results against forecasts.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze monthly financial performance as compared to the forecast and budget for responsible areas.
• Process Improvement: Research and map accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to recommend improvements.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance in invoicing processes and maintain internal control requirements.
• Asset Management: Complete asset information within a fixed asset module for accurate year-end tax schedules and reports.

• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
