The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Mission: This intern will learn how the theories and principles of accounting are applied in a professional environment by performing the role of a first-year associate accountant.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain hands-on experience and immediately contribute to audit clients after participating in orientation and training.
• Participate in intern orientation, technical training, and development programs designed to introduce you to audit practices.
• Translate your academic experience into practical professional work through real, meaningful client engagements.
• Learn directly from experienced Associates, Seniors, Managers, and Partners who possess specialized industry and technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with peers and work directly with a variety of clients across multiple industries, from start-ups to multi-national corporations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for students pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in Business or Accounting.
• Experience: On track for CPA Eligibility upon graduation, demonstrating outstanding academic performance with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel, along with excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills.
