What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise and support on Data Quality Monitoring, data governance, and banking data-related matters.
• Analyze Data & Documentation: Review and support functional and technical documentation, including Data Dictionary, Key Data Elements, data lineage, and DQM business rules, while performing data analysis, investigation, reporting, and issue resolution for DQM errors, incidents, deficiencies, and stakeholder queries.
• Manage Data Quality Issues: Identify, manage, escalate, and communicate data quality issues effectively with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Develop & Enhance Solutions: Translate business and user requirements into practical DQM, reporting, or data-related solutions, and then design, build, or enhance these components and analytics outputs using approved tools.
• Generate Reports & Insights: Apply data warehouse, structured data, AI, and analytics knowledge to support data quality analysis, insight generation, automation, and process improvement, and prepare and distribute required metrics, dashboards, and management reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level, with core domain knowledge preferably in data governance, data quality management, compliance, financial crime, banking operations, or banking data-related roles.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, investigation, reporting, dashboarding, or issue resolution using tools such as Alteryx, Python/R, or Tableau.
• Skills: Good understanding of Data Quality Monitoring and data governance concepts including Data Dictionary, Key Data Elements, data lineage, and data quality rules; working knowledge of data warehouse concepts, structured data, AI, and analytics tools, including Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, and prompt writing; strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage assigned tasks effectively, support multiple priorities, and flexibility to work across time zones for ad-hoc tasks or initiatives.
