What You’ll Actually Do
• Foundational Support: Support Digital professionals in executing project work and day-to-day responsibilities across rotations to build essential foundational skills in digital technology.
• Cross-functional Projects: Participate in and complete individual projects, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams within the business, to develop core IT skills, business acumen, and familiarity with systems and processes.
• Professional Development: Engage in learning and growth opportunities for foundational business skills, including professional presence, teamwork, presentation skills, project management, conflict management, emotional intelligence, and safety training.
• Technical Immersion: Build specialized technical skills through targeted training within Digital functions, gaining practical experience in areas such as Customer Experience/Help Desk, Security, DevSecOps, and Digital Transformation/Operational Technology.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field, for May 2027 graduates, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Experience: Information Technology, general business internship, or related experience, alongside prior experience participating in a team environment.
• Skills: Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, a high level of initiative for excellence, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++), web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), databases and data management (e.g., SQL), and an understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity principles.
