What You’ll Actually Do
• Plan: Support the detailed planning and execution phases of company programs and projects.
• Coordinate: Organize tasks, manage timelines, and facilitate meetings and deliverables across diverse internal teams.
• Monitor: Track project progress diligently and communicate timely status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Document: Maintain comprehensive project plans, reports, documentation, and all program records.
• Identify: Assist in identifying potential project risks, emerging issues, and factors that could cause delays.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, operations, or administration.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of project management principles, experience with project tracking or reporting, and a willingness to learn within the program management career path.
