• Mission: To support the accounting and financial reporting of gross margin, including revenue and cost of goods sold, ensuring data integrity and contributing to process improvements that enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Journal Entry Preparation: Prepare and process routine journal entries within the ERP/Accounting System, ensuring adherence to high documentation standards and company policies for accurate financial record-keeping.
• General Ledger Management: Execute weekly general ledger interfacing activities, meticulously formatting and reconciling reports to ensure consistency and accuracy across financial data.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Conduct timely preparation of assigned balance sheet account reconciliations, strictly following established guidelines to maintain the integrity of financial statements.
• Subledger Maintenance: Manage and update system subledger schedules, including those for leases, fixed assets, and prepaids, to ensure comprehensive and current financial records.
• Financial Data Oversight & Audit Support: Monitor specific general ledger accounts and vendor adjustments for data integrity and completeness, and compile necessary information to support internal and external audit requests.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An undergraduate (Bachelor’s) degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, preparing candidates for an entry-level accounting career.
• Experience: 0+ years of professional experience, with legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for visa status.
• Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly for data analysis and reporting, to support accounting functions.
• Bonus: Demonstrated abilities in adapting to change, effective communication and relationship building, strong business acumen and cross-functional knowledge, results-oriented execution, and skilled decision-making and problem-solving.
