Marketing Leadership Trainee | Engagify
The Tone:
This is a full-time, entry-level, on-site position at Engagify, located in Charlotte, NC. Engagify partners with over 40 brands, organizations, and nonprofit partners to deliver face-to-face marketing campaigns across various industries. This role is vital for individuals ready to invest in themselves and develop into future leaders, specifically supporting nonprofit organizations in growing awareness, connecting with communities, and inspiring lasting support.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Represent: Represent nonprofit campaigns at community events and retail locations throughout the Charlotte area.
• Connect: Build genuine connections with members of the public to share the mission and impact of represented organizations.
• Collaborate: Work with teammates to achieve specific campaign goals through live marketing and community engagement.
• Learn: Gain direct experience in professional communication, relationship building, and campaign execution through daily coaching.
