The Tone:
This is a full-time, entry-level, on-site role at Engagify, located in Charlotte, NC. Engagify is a growing live marketing company that partners with over 40 brands, organizations, and nonprofit partners to create meaningful community connections. This program is critical for developing the next generation of leaders who will drive nonprofit campaigns, increase awareness, and secure community support by understanding the business from the ground up.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Represent: Represent nonprofit organizations through professional face-to-face interactions with community members.
• Engage: Connect directly with the public at live events and various campaign locations.
• Educate: Inform and educate individuals about nonprofit missions and current initiatives.
• Support: Contribute to daily campaign goals and help achieve team objectives.
• Develop: Work closely with experienced leaders to acquire foundational business and leadership skills.

• Background: Entry-level career stage. Individuals eager to learn marketing, sales, team development, and leadership from the ground up.
• Experience: No prior specific experience required; comfort working directly with people in an active team environment is essential.
• Skills: Highly coachable and open to feedback, goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by personal and professional growth.
