Accountant – Talent Network | Jet Linx

The Tone:
This is an early career accounting role for Jet Linx, a personal private jet company that integrates local team familiarity with a national network’s strength. The company builds a personalized private aviation experience for clients by delivering operational, financial, and service support for every flight. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health and integrity of a national private aviation business by supporting core accounting functions and collaborating with various stakeholders. Through this position, team members contribute directly to the success of the company’s financial operations and client service model.

• Mission: Support the operational, financial, and service needs behind every flight through financial reporting, owner statements, billing, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Support various aspects of financial reporting processes for a national private aviation business.
• Client Statements: Work on owner statements and manage billing activities for aircraft owners and Jet Card Members.
• Reconciliations: Perform accurate and timely reconciliations across multiple accounting areas.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis tasks to support business operations and decision-making.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal departments, aircraft owners, Jet Card Members, Regional VPs, vendors, and other stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or actively pursuing as a junior/senior-level student), with a basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience: 0–2 years of accounting experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, timely work; ability to organize multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through with limited supervision; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial and customer information.
• Bonus: An interest in developing knowledge of GAAP; comfort working independently while contributing to a collaborative team; self-motivated, curious, and willing to research questions and solve problems; demonstrated alignment with Jet Linx’s core values and commitment to “Supply the High.”
