This is a full-time, early career development program called STEP (Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals), located in La Crosse, WI, with a start date in June 2027. What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Gain hands-on experience and insights into warehouse operations and the broader supply chain, understanding how products move through the business.
• Sales: Rotate through counter sales and inside sales roles, learning customer interaction, product knowledge, and developing skills in project sales, quotations, and project management.
• Business Functions: Obtain exposure to critical industry and business services, including human resources, information technology, and finance operations, understanding their impact on the company.
• Marketing and Development: Engage with digital marketing initiatives and business development strategies to understand market reach and growth opportunities.
• Leadership Engagement: Work alongside experienced leaders, participate in professional development, and complete impactful business projects, culminating in a strategic capstone project where you will present recommendations that influence business decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, for recent college graduates.
• Experience: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and adaptability with a willingness to learn.
• Bonus: Hold a valid driver’s license and possess the ability to travel occasionally as needed.
