The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational development program, starting in June 2027, located in Mankato, MN. Viking Electric offers electrical products and services, providing everything needed to bring electricity to offices, homes, factories, and other buildings. This role is designed to launch a long-term career for recent college graduates by providing hands-on experience, sales-focused professional development, and broad exposure to the electrical distribution industry.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Immerse in core business functions: Rotate through key areas including warehouse operations, sales, project management, marketing, and corporate functions.
• Build industry relationships: Connect with leaders across Viking Electric and Sonepar, fostering a professional network.
• Lead impactful business projects: Complete real-world projects designed to contribute to company objectives.
• Cultivate career skills: Develop abilities essential for a long-term career in sales, operations, marketing, or business leadership within a growing industry.
• Influence strategic decisions: Present recommendations to executive leadership, impacting business outcomes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Recent college graduate with an interest in a career within sales, operations, marketing, or business leadership.
• Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability, willingness to learn, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel occasionally.
• Bonus: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
