Fall Internship 2026 – Finance Intern | HUGO BOSS

The Tone:
This is a Fall internship at HUGO BOSS, located in-person. HUGO BOSS aims to become the leading premium tech-driven fashion platform worldwide and a top 100 global brand, driven by a global team of over 17,000 employees. This role offers the opportunity for an individual to contribute their personality, ideas, and creativity while learning the core processes and responsibilities within the company’s Finance and Accounting functions, directly supporting the company’s financial operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Inventory Management: Manage the Ready Reports by meticulously organizing data and communicating effectively with key accounts regarding inventory status and movement, ensuring smooth operations.
• Financial Support: Provide comprehensive assistance with financial analysis, projections, reporting, budgeting, and overall financial business support in an accurate and timely manner, targeting improvements in company performance and expense management.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and meticulously analyze various financial statements, including Store Profit & Loss statements and Corporate (back-office) Expenses, by comparing actual figures against budget and prior year to identify deviations and trends.
• Reconciliation & Settlement: Conduct monthly Financial Interface (FI) / Controlling Profitability Analysis (COPA) reconciliations and settlements, accurately reconciling sales, cost of goods sold, and margin data between BIS, COPA, and SAP systems.
• Project & Ad Hoc Support: Undertake special projects requested by upper management and headquarters, providing critical data and analysis as a basis for informed management decision-making, in addition to preparing various ad hoc analyses and reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This internship requires candidates to be a rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled at a local college or university, actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in either Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: Applicants must be in their 4th year (minimum) of college, demonstrating a solid academic foundation and progress in core finance or accounting principles relevant to business operations.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in essential Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, is required. Candidates must also possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, coupled with the ability to work independently, prioritize a varied workload, and multi-task efficiently in a busy office environment, demonstrating a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and fast-learning approach.
• Bonus: Practical experience with SAP systems would be a highly valued and beneficial qualification for this role.
