What You’ll Actually Do
• Build relationships: Establish lasting personal and professional connections with candidates and consultants.
• Develop strategy: Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and formulate effective recruiting strategies.
• Source talent: Identify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools.
• Candidate evaluation: Interview and assess candidates based on their experience, skills, career goals, and fit for available opportunities.
• Guide and advocate: Present qualified candidates, provide resume coaching and interview preparation, offer feedback, and support them throughout their assignments.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level career requiring a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: No previous recruiting or staffing experience is required for this role.
• Skills: Strong communication, goal-oriented motivation, coachability, organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
• Bonus: Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, campus leadership, fundraising, or another fast-paced and goal-oriented environment is helpful.
