What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner directly with founders, investors, and high-growth businesses at the forefront of AI innovation.
• Recruit elite engineering, product, and commercial talent for VC-backed AI and technology companies.
• Learn directly from experienced founders and search professionals to master executive search practices.
• Develop into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant through a clear and structured pathway.
• Build trust and relationships within the rapidly evolving AI and technology sectors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level; suitable for recent graduates, Associates in expert networks, or individuals excelling in competitive sales environments.
• Experience: No prior recruitment experience is required or even preferred, as the focus is on drive and willingness to learn rather than established agency habits.
• Skills: Intelligent and curious, commercially minded, competitive and resilient, an excellent communicator, and motivated by progression and high earnings.
