What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Management: Oversee the financial health, review, and forecasting of assigned programs in partnership with project teams.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare required internal and external financial reports, validate actual cost reporting, and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities influencing program outcomes.
• Program Baselines: Establish and manage program baselines in conjunction with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and support monthly Earned Value required documents.
• System Administration: Create and maintain projects within SAP financial systems, ensuring consistency with company procedures.
• Billing & Forecasts: Review and prepare accurate monthly project billings for customers and support the maintenance of financial forecasts, including Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs).

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or having completed a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, qualifying for an early career role.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, but a foundational understanding of financial management, analysis, and forecasting principles is essential.
• Skills: Financial data analysis and interpretation, report preparation, project baseline management, variance analysis, and familiarity with financial systems like SAP.
