This is a full-time role at a high-end fashion and lifestyle brand, located in Los Angeles, CA. Mackie Myers is leading the search for this Financial Analyst position on behalf of the brand. The company aims to strengthen its finance team to support core financial operations and strategic growth. This role is crucial for supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis, directly contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives while building deep fluency in how a scaled consumer brand operates financially.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze: Maintain and update financial models and projection tools to evaluate business performance.
• Migrate: Support an active ERP data migration by cleaning, mapping, and validating large-scale datasets to ensure accuracy ahead of financial reporting.
• Report: Prepare variance-to-budget reports and assist in assembling financial statements for month-end and year-end close.
• Present: Build executive-level financial presentations and reports for senior leadership.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a related analytical role; experience with data mapping or ERP migration support is a strong plus.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills required, including the ability to manipulate and analyze very large datasets (pivot tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and similar); solid foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis; strong communicator with the ability to translate financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience with D365 or comparable ERP; a consumer, retail, or fashion background.
