What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Partnership: Partner directly with business owners and leadership teams to provide accounting, financial reporting, and advisory support.
• Diverse Portfolio Management: Work with a varied portfolio of small and mid-sized business clients across multiple industries and business models.
• Service Delivery: Provide outsourced accounting and financial advisory services to an established and expanding client base.
• Strategic Support: Deliver exceptional service and help clients achieve their financial goals through comprehensive financial guidance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-career accounting professional with a foundational understanding of debits/credits and month-end close processes.
• Experience: At least one year of experience as a Staff Accountant, ideally within public accounting or outsourced accounting environments.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills combined with a dedicated client-service mindset.
