This Sales Associate position is foundational within Levin’s Associate Academy, designed for graduates and early-career professionals. What You’ll Actually Do
• Talent Sourcing: Find and engage top talent using a variety of methods including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, CRM tools, market mapping, and direct phone outreach.
• Client Acquisition: Build relationships with hiring leaders at technology companies, understanding their specific talent needs and demonstrating how Levin can resolve their hiring challenges.
• Full Cycle Recruitment Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by acting as a trusted advisor, providing market insight, coordinating interviews, supporting candidate preparation, and delivering successful hiring outcomes.
• Market Specialization: Develop deep expertise within a specialist technology market, allowing you to become a trusted consultant to both clients and candidates.
• Commercial Skill Development: Cultivate commercial skills encompassing business development, negotiation, account management, and market research, applying these insights to build strong client partnerships and support successful hiring.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent or upcoming graduates, ideally from the Classes of 2023–2026, excited to build a career in a people-focused, commercial environment.
• Experience: No prior recruitment experience is required; relevant experience can include sales, customer service, leadership, athletics, hospitality, fundraising, or campus involvement.
• Skills: Ambitious, resilient, motivated by clear goals; a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships; curious about business, technology, sales, or people; coachable, self-motivated, and open to feedback; highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Excited by performance-based progression and earning potential; comfortable learning new technologies and proactively using tools such as Outlook, Teams, and other workplace platforms.
