This Associate role is designed for graduates and early-career professionals, providing structured training and hands-on coaching. Associates are crucial for building relationships with senior tech executives, partnering with companies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to help businesses scale and individuals build their careers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Talent Acquisition: Find and engage top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, CRM tools, market mapping, and phone outreach.
• Client Development: Build client relationships with hiring leaders at technology companies to understand and meet their talent needs.
• Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by acting as a trusted advisor, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidate preparation.
• Commercial Skill Development: Develop expertise in business development, negotiation, account management, and market research to build strong client partnerships.
• Market Specialization: Develop expertise within a specialist technology market, becoming a trusted consultant to both clients and candidates.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (recent or upcoming graduates from 2023–2026). Entry-level professionals interested in business, technology, sales, or people.
• Experience: No prior recruitment experience required; relevant experience includes sales, customer service, leadership, athletics, hospitality, fundraising, or campus involvement.
• Skills: Ambitious and motivated by clear goals; confident communicator who enjoys building relationships; coachable, self-motivated, and open to feedback; highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities; comfortable learning new technologies.
