What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Compile and analyze financial information from all organizational components to develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
• Annual Reporting: Coordinate, compile, and analyze annual financial documents for the organization and its component units, utilizing sophisticated spreadsheet and database applications.
• Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate across the organization to ensure consistent reporting, adherence to federal and state financial reporting regulations and guidelines, and conformity with company fiscal policies and procedures.
• System Implementation: Analyze, design, document, and implement internal financial reporting systems and procedures for the organization or business entity.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience, demonstrating foundational knowledge in financial principles.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a financial analyst, budget analyst, or accounting role.
• Skills: Database management skills; ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and control systems; knowledge of automated financial systems and applications software; ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present sophisticated financial reports, statements, and/or projections; knowledge of Federal and State financial regulations and public company financial analysis and reporting standards.
• Bonus: Experience using SAP in a financial setting.
