The TL;DR

• Pay: $61500–$68000 yearly
• Mission: To learn core customer service, sales, marketing, and operational procedures to support the company’s functions and prepare for future leadership.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service Foundation: Begin by comprehensively learning the company’s established customer service procedures, focusing on effective customer interaction and problem resolution to ensure high satisfaction.
• Sales and Marketing Participation: Actively engage in hands-on sales and marketing activities, including understanding product offerings, contributing to promotional efforts, and developing direct selling techniques.
• Operational Procedure Execution: Master and execute the daily operating procedures, including understanding workflows, managing resources, and contributing to the efficient running of the business.
• Leadership Skill Cultivation: Participate in various developmental activities aimed at building and strengthening core leadership qualities, preparing for future supervisory and managerial roles.
• Progressive Responsibility & Advancement: Consistently take on additional responsibilities as experience and strong performance are demonstrated, creating a clear pathway for potential advancement within the company based on business needs.
