As a Project Manager, you will help build a safer future by ensuring successful, on-time project completion for cloud services.

• Team: Cloud Services Software team within Community & Intelligence (Cloud Services)
• Mission: Owns the successful, on-time delivery of complex, cross-functional product deployment projects for integrated SaaS products.
• Tech Stack: Monday.com, Salesforce, Zendesk

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Lead complex, cross-functional product deployment projects towards aggressive delivery goals.
• Plan Management: Write, manage, implement, and continuously measure project plans utilizing automated project management tools and processes.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact and facilitate effective meetings with customers, partners, and internal staff for all project-related matters.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively anticipate issues, explore contingency plans, provide effective escalation management, and find creative solutions to project constraints.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with provisioning and product teams to develop and enhance tools, processes, and methodologies that improve overall project success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of Project Management experience, capable of leading complex, cross-functional product deployment projects.
• Experience: At least 5 years of Project Management experience working with SaaS solutions, including demonstrated success navigating and leading agile projects within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
• Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, proficiency in developing project documentation, and exceptional skill in navigating highly matrixed internal and complex customer organizations using interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Bonus: Master’s Degree, experience with Public Safety communications systems and understanding of local public safety customers (police, fire, EMS), PMP, PMP-ACP, or equivalent agile certifications.
