The TL;DR

• Mission: To successfully complete a training period and assume a managerial role accountable for day-to-day operational decisions, ensuring increased quality, inventory accuracy, and service.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Directly manage a team of up to 20 Associates.
• Problem Solve: Develop practical solutions to operational challenges without compromising quality standards.
• Achieve Goals: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for the distribution center.
• Develop Talent: Coach, train, and develop employees to achieve high performance standards and implement business best practices.
• Improve Operations: Analyze opportunities to enhance growth, reduce costs, minimize damages, and improve overall operational efficiencies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with an interest in continuing a management career in operations and supply chain management.
• Experience: 2-5 years in a proven supervisory or management role.
• Skills: Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrated maturity, responsibility, and leadership ability, and a commitment to supply chain management and constant process improvement.
• Bonus: Flexibility to work off shifts if assigned.
