What You’ll Actually Do
• Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze team performance to identify patterns for further investigation.
• Project Management: Implement project management skills and practices on various projects.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate across business units with various stakeholders in a professional setting.
• Workflow Improvement: Provide feedback to improve team workflows, enhance team effectiveness, and evaluate their impact.
• Data Collection: Participate in data collection efforts that impact cross-functional departments.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Aviation Management, Operations Management, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. This is an Entry-Level role.
• Experience: Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university for the duration of the program. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and basic data analytics.
• Skills: Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills. Team-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to present professionally and effectively communicate with various levels of leadership.
• Bonus: Ability to digest data and briefly explain insights to support decision making. Track record of seeking leadership roles in student and community organizations. Desire to learn leadership techniques and best practices in problem-solving and conflict resolution, with an interest in the airline industry.
