What You’ll Actually Do
• Goal Setting: Help business owners and managers set, track, and achieve organizational goals.
• Process Improvement: Assist with organizational design, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives for clients.
• Client Insights: Work directly with client executives to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Financial Decision-Making: Help clients gather, interpret, and use financial data to make timely, informed business decisions.
• Technology Implementation: Support clients in leveraging existing business systems more effectively and assist in the implementation of new technologies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Eligibility to work toward CPA licensure, coupled with a strong understanding of accounting and business principles and an interest in technology.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, the ability to build professional client relationships, effectively collaborate in a team environment, maintain a professional demeanor, possess a positive attitude, and demonstrate an eagerness to learn.
• Bonus: MAcc / MBA students preferred.
