What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts Payable Review: Conduct detailed reviews of employee expenses, travel requests, and MRO expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Fixed Asset Tracking: Manage the tracking of both existing fixed assets and newly acquired assets within the company’s records.
• Asset Physical Management: Physically tag and label fixed assets, and conduct periodic physical counts to verify asset existence and location.
• Asset Lifecycle Administration: Monitor and ensure the accurate and timely completion of fixed asset transfers and disposals.
• System Enhancement Support: Review and analyze robotic reports to identify abnormal items and support the team in designing relevant Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes to improve departmental efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required for this entry-level internship.
• Bonus: Familiarity with basic accounting concepts, formulas, and terminology.
