Entry Level Remote Recruiter | gpac

The Tone:
This is a full-time, remote position for an Entry Level Recruiter at gpac. gpac is an award-winning executive search firm, established in 1990, specializing in placing quality professionals across multiple industries throughout the United States. What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Client Partnership: Partner with clients to assist in filling their urgent position needs.
• Candidate Sourcing: Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Interview Facilitation: Prepare clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Due Diligence: Conduct reference checks on candidates before placement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional who demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset, is strongly goal-oriented, possesses a competitive spirit, and thrives on the opportunity for unlimited earning potential in a commission-driven environment. No prior recruiting experience is required, as gpac provides comprehensive training and support.
• Experience: Successful completion of gpac’s proprietary training program and all associated training requirements is mandatory.
• Skills: Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to consistently perform high outbound activity to source both clients and candidates; comfort in establishing and nurturing professional relationships over the phone; effective negotiation abilities; and a commitment to acting with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Bonus: While not mandatory, a college degree is preferred for candidates.
