The Tone:
This is a Product Manager, Intern internship at Tessera Labs, located in San Jose, CA or Remote (U.S.). Tessera Labs is redefining how enterprises adopt and operationalize Artificial Intelligence, building multi-agent AI systems that automate complex business workflows across major enterprise platforms. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work directly with product, engineering, design, and leadership teams to shape the future of AI-powered enterprise automation. The intern will gain meaningful ownership and contribute to products used by some of the world’s largest organizations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Discovery: Support product discovery efforts by conducting customer research, competitive analysis, and market insights.
• Product Definition: Partner with engineers and designers to define product requirements and user experiences.
• Product Specification: Translate customer needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Data Analysis: Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Project Ownership: Take ownership of a specific project or product area and present recommendations to company leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is required; prior internship experience in product management, consulting, software engineering, or design is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to break down ambiguous problems and think systematically; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; a collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Bonus: Experience conducting user research or analyzing data; familiarity with AI, SaaS products, or enterprise software; technical background or ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
