LMS Business Development & Client Support Representative | Clear Ballot Group

The Tone:
This is a full-time, hybrid role at Clear Ballot Group, located in Wilmington, OH. This role is crucial for both the effective administration of our client-facing eLearning system and driving its growth through business development. • Mission: Own the full lifecycle of our client-facing eLearning system, from administration and support to prospecting and new business development.

What You’ll Actually Do
• LMS Administration: Serve as the hands-on administrator for our client-facing Learning Management System, meticulously handling tasks such as adding new users, assigning relevant courses, building out sub-branches, and diligently troubleshooting any client issues that arise.
• Client Reporting & Engagement: Pull, analyze, and present crucial data reports to existing clients, showcasing their usage patterns and course completion rates, while also acting as the primary point of contact for administrative adjustments and scaling their user bases.
• Outbound Business Development: Actively engage in prospecting, cold calling, and emailing potential B2B clients with the strategic goal of introducing our comprehensive eLearning platform and generating valuable new business opportunities.
• Platform Demonstration Coordination: Take charge of scheduling and coordinating compelling live platform demonstrations for the sales team, with a clear pathway to lead these presentations yourself as you develop and master your system expertise.
• eLearning Product Mastery: Cultivate and maintain a deep, expert-level understanding of our entire eLearning catalog, enabling you to confidently handle client objections and effectively highlight the most impactful features to prospective clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An Early Career professional seeking to apply 0–2 years of prior experience gained in sales development (BDR/SDR), customer success, or tech support roles.
• Experience: 0–2 years of hands-on experience specifically in sales development (BDR/SDR), customer success, or tech support, ideally demonstrating interaction with software systems or client education.
• Skills:
• Possess a strong “Hunter” Mentality, characterized by comfort with proactive cold outreach, effective phone sales techniques, and resilience in overcoming initial client rejection during the sales process.
• Demonstrate robust Technical Aptitude, including the ability to quickly learn and master new software systems, coupled with comfort in navigating intricate LMS settings, managing user permissions, and extracting meaningful data reports.
• Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical information into easily understandable terms for non-technical audiences.
• Location: Must possess the ability to work a hybrid schedule, splitting time between remote work and in-office presence at our Wilmington, OH facility.
