What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide dedicated assistance with various accounting projects, contributing to initiatives that optimize financial processes and reporting within the company.
• Process: Manage the accurate and timely processing of billing related to payables, ensuring that vendor invoices are recorded correctly and prepared for payment, thus maintaining strong vendor relationships and cash flow management.
• Maintain: Contribute to the general ledger by accurately classifying and entering financial transactions, which helps to ensure the foundational integrity of the company’s financial statements.
• Reconcile: Perform crucial reconciliations across different accounts, verifying the accuracy and completeness of financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Verify: Conduct specialized reconciliations specifically for Account Receivable schedules, diligently comparing records to ensure all outstanding balances are correctly accounted for and discrepancies are investigated.
