Relationship Banker | Bank of America

The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-office role at Bank of America, located in the Chico, CA Area. The company is committed to helping make financial lives better for clients through strong connections. What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through self-service resources.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
• Financial Assessment: Conduct deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities.
• Solution Connection: Connect clients to solutions that meet their specific financial goals.
• Risk and Compliance: Execute the bank’s risk culture and follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Business Development: Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma / GED, a highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, and an intense focus on results that prioritizes the client’s best interest.
• Experience: No specific years required, but demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms, confidently educating clients on self-service technologies.
• Skills: Adaptability, Customer and Client Focus, Oral Communications, Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Client Solutions Advisory.
• Bonus: Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions; one year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals; six months of cash handling experience; a Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree.
