This Business Development Representative role is foundational to Rollstack’s growth, serving as the primary engine for pipeline generation and customer acquisition.

• Team: Works alongside Enterprise Account Executives.
• Mission: Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives and serve as the first point of contact for companies struggling with manual reporting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Generate qualified meetings: Lead outbound efforts by leveraging modern dialing tools to secure qualified meetings with prospects daily.
• Identify opportunities: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify whitespace within targeted accounts and uncover new departments and stakeholders.
• Create targeted intelligence: Enhance provided lead lists with light research to ensure messaging resonates with leaders in Data, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
• Master engagement: Execute and evolve tailored scripts to capture interest in under 5 minutes, pivoting conversations toward the value of automated reporting.
• Capture feedback: Act as the sales team’s “eyes and ears,” gathering initial market feedback to help refine product and marketing messaging.
• Maintain data integrity: Keep meticulous records of high-volume activity in Salesforce to ensure seamless handoffs and accurate forecasting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level BDR/SDR or customer-facing experience, ideally within AI, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or SaaS, or a background in Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Operations at a fast-paced startup.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a relevant BDR/SDR or customer-facing role.
• Skills: Proficiency with modern dialing tools, experience maintaining meticulous CRM records in Salesforce, and the ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflow for increased efficiency.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field.
