Job Description

HR Development Program (3 Months – Path to Hire) | Space Kinetic Corp.

The Tone:
This is a full-time, three-month development program at Space Kinetic Corp., located onsite at our headquarters in El Segundo, CA. Space Kinetic is a dual-use space technology startup building a completely new architecture for space operations. The company aims to bring the advantages of proliferated drone technology—low-cost, operationally flexible, attainable, and distributed—to space missions, while significantly reducing reliance on consumable fuel. Instead of incrementally improving existing systems, Space Kinetic is focused on creating a “one-to-many” system where each satellite can deploy a large number of payloads at high velocities without firing a thruster, addressing the challenges and opportunities of the third space age. This HR Development Program plays a critical role in supporting the recruiting operations, hiring systems administration, and university recruiting efforts necessary to attract and integrate the talent essential for these mission-critical projects.
