The Tone:
This is a flexible, remote position with Travel Career Hub, available as either full-time or part-time, for individuals based in the U.S. who can work from anywhere with WiFi. The company provides a supportive platform and comprehensive training for individuals to become independent Travel Booking Pros, helping clients plan and book a wide range of travel experiences, from honeymoons and group trips to cruises and destination weddings. This role is crucial for empowering self-starters and travel lovers to build a flexible career, transforming their passion into a source of income by creating unforgettable trips for others.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, budget, and preferences, planning vacations, group travel, honeymoons, and special events.
• Travel Research & Booking: Research and book comprehensive travel packages, including flights, hotels, cruises, excursions, and other travel components.
• Personalized Recommendations: Provide tailored recommendations and options to clients, ensuring their trip aligns with their desired destination, budget, and specific preferences.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with a wide network of top travel suppliers, cruise lines, and resort brands to access the best options.
• Continuous Learning & Tools: Utilize provided booking systems and CRM tools effectively, while staying current on travel deals, promotions, and industry certifications through virtual trainings and supplier webinars.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-Entry Level. No prior experience is required, as certification as a Travel Advisor will be provided. Candidates should have a passion for travel, a desire to help others, and comfort with working independently to build a travel entrepreneurship career.
• Experience: Open to individuals of all experience levels. Comfortable using technology and virtual tools, including a smartphone or computer, to manage bookings and client communications.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and growing within the travel industry.
• Bonus: Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
