The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Federated Hermes, located in Warrendale, PA, operating on a hybrid schedule. This role is crucial for supporting the operations, reporting, and administration of Non-40 Act Funds, ensuring operational accuracy and compliance for investors and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Review: New accounts, account maintenance, and trading activity for Non-40 Act Funds.
• Reconcile: Data, analyze information, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare: Reports for management and key stakeholders regarding fund operations.
• Support: Day-to-day operational needs of the funds and their investors, including issue resolution with internal teams, service providers, and clients.
• Contribute: To process improvements, workflow efficiencies, and operational initiatives while ensuring accuracy and adherence to fund requirements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience required; a degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of business experience required; 3+ years of business experience preferred. General knowledge of the mutual fund industry preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced proficiency preferred); Familiarity with data reconciliation and data analysis; Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with databases for reporting, analysis, and data management; Experience identifying process improvements, workflow efficiencies, and automation opportunities.
